Youth Pastors
Shawn and Jenny Baird serve as the Youth Pastors for The Life Church, overseeing the ministry to middle schoolers and high schoolers.
Shawn graduated from Hillsong Leadership College (Sydney, Australia) in 2003 and returned to the Northern Virginia area to serve alongside his uncle, Pastor David Baird in 2004.
Jenny graduated from Texas Bible Institute (Columbus, Texas) in 2000 and came on staff at TLC in 2004. She and Shawn were married in April 2005.
They have a desire to empower teens live their lives on purpose and to make their relationship with God a vital part of their everyday life.
Shawn and Jenny have a son, Alex.
